As someone who has always loved food and dreamed of starting my own business, I once worked in cafes and small restaurants. But I quickly realized the reality—high rent, expensive renovations, and staffing costs made running a traditional restaurant very risky.
A friend suggested I look into a street food vending trailer, and that idea completely changed my path.
My goal was simple: build a business that could support me while giving me the freedom to move around. That's how I began my journey with my very first food trailer.
