- We accept T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union as payment methods. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion.
- We offer a 1-year warranty for our shipping container restaurants. If any parts are found to be defective within this period, we will send replacement parts free of charge, with the customer responsible for shipping fees.

Customized products are non-refundable.
Packaging
The trailer's components, such as the tow bar, wheels, and axles, will be disassembled and packed securely in the container.

Storage Fees
