Water inlet and sewage outlet connections are provided for easy servicing.
Comfort is key, which is why this unit includes a 110V dual-temperature air conditioning system housed in the equipment room, ducting cool or warm air directly into each restroom compartment via dedicated vents. We have also pre-reserved space for future installation of a water heater.
Additional features include exterior lighting and "Occupied" indicator lights above each door for guest privacy, door handles, soap dispensers, tissue boxes, coat hooks, an integrated sound system, and electric exhaust fans. The equipment room comes with a standard configuration including necessary controllers (light and electric) and brake connection lines.
